The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was nice and clean with excellent facilities.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance to eateries and shopping. However, the hotel sits directly over the railway lines.

As most Apa hotels are the room was well kept

Terrible location 0/10 it sits right next to the train tracks which is partially on me for not looking first but the trains ran all day and slowed down later but still ran you can hear it through the bathroom vent pretty loud as-well and I didn’t like the foot path outside the window made me more cautious of my window being open

Very close to a train line and you can hear them pass at night. Might not be ideal id you’re a light sleeper. We were exhausted and slept right through without waking to them though.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great buffet breakfast, very comfortable beds, room has everything you need, including heated toilet seats. Close to Fukushima train station, a 3 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets all around the area. Nice area and safe to walk at night. Hotel staff are very kind and so helpful.

The size of the rooms is crazy , be careful booking , as these rooms are suitable for 1 person only , the train and traffic noise is very disturbing , heating not adjustable

The room was comfortable, and the hotel was reasonably well located, with several train stations nearby. Good price.

The hotel is right by the train track from one of the stations, which makes it quite noisy. I heard the trains departing and going through all the time, until late at night and from early in the morning.

The room was comfortable, a bit smaller than seemed advertised. Perfect for two people if you don't have many belongings. The provided breakfast was great and varied day to day, and the staff were wonderful. They cleaned our room often and left fresh towels and teas.

The pillows were flat. More flat than you can imagine.

Location is not too bad, 7 mins walk to Fukushima station, but about 15mins walk to Osaka staion.Room cleanliness OK.

The requestable pillow is soft and comfy.Room has quite some space, a bit bigger than APA resort Osaka's room.Good for a business hotel.Close to Fukushima station.

Many corners in the room are dirty.Default pillows are hard and thin.Room is noisy with train sound.Hallways and lifts are cold.Toilet seat is cold.Breakfast is good but cold kushi katsu.

price is almost cheapest around there.. but still high if compare with other location

This is a hotel conveniently located near the Fukushima station which connects to KIX in an hour or so.The toiletries provided are thoughtful & the buffet breakfast served it’s intended purpose to fill the tummy ?

It’s beside the tracks hence it can be noisy depending on how sensitive to sound you are

Staff was friendly and helpful.

We literally had black mould in the room, near the windows, doors and also bathroom. It was ALWAYS moist inside. Looks like there‘s an isolation and/or air circulation problem.

This hotel is a bit smaller and therefore less busy than others in Japan we stayed in.

Google maps messed up our directions - it thought the hotel entrance was on the off ramp from the toll highway! So was very difficult to find as we were driving and we paid a toll that we didn't need to. This is a Google issue though, not really the hotel's fault.
